Hello everyone! I wanted to reintroduce myself for those of you who are newer to my page. My name is Cora, and I’m your San Diego-based sound practitioner. I have my sound certification from @pathoftheoracle , and I’m currently working towards other certifications from @atmabuti . I have been working with sound for almost 3 years, and I love how individualized each sound session can be. A client’s intentions play a huge role in their experience, and I absolutely love it when clients tell me about their experiences. When their faces light up, it gives me all the joy in the world, and I am constantly reminded exactly why I LOVE WHAT I DO.

For those of you who don’t know, I am a single mother to three AMAZING kids. (They would be so upset that I called them babies, but as my mother always says, “you’ll always be my baby.”) Some of the most difficult moments of my life (divorce, trauma) brought me to my sound journey, and I will never forget how safe I felt in my first reiki session. That feeling and memory are what I carry into every sound session, and my intention is to create the safest place for anyone who walks through the door. So whatever chapter, journey, or season you’re in, I’m here for you.

(They would be so upset that I called them babies, but as my mother always says, “you’ll always be my baby.”) Some of the most difficult moments of my life (divorce, trauma) brought me to my sound journey, and I will never forget how safe I felt in my first reiki session. That feeling and memory are what I carry into every sound session, and my intention is to create the safest place for anyone who walks through the door. So whatever chapter, journey, or season you’re in, I’m here for you.

A sound bath is a meditative experience that helps reduce stress, anxiety, depression and leaves you feeling relaxed, aligned and helps promote a better night’s rest. I use instruments that play at different frequencies and vibrations that will bring your mind and body down to meditative state. Every sound bath experience is so unique to everyone. You get to set any intentions that you might have or maybe you’re open to new experiences. Your only job is to breathe and soak in all the gentle vibrations.

What to expect?
You may feel some tingling sensations in your fingers and toes, have other body responses, or feel like your floating - all of it is completely normal. You may even doze off for a few moments, allow your body to do what it needs to do!

What to bring?
Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, anything that will help you feel comfortable. I will have eye masks for you to use and take home. ☺️
