2026 has been an emotional rollercoaster. The world feels heavy with families separated, people living in fear, so much uncertainty and hatred. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve found myself sitting in my car, just crying. And yet I feel torn, because personally, life has been beautiful.

For a while now, I’ve been searching for a way to give back, even in a small way. I found a local organization collecting essential supplies for individuals being released from the Otay Ranch Detention Center, and I would love to help fill that need. I’m going to offer small group mini sessions, and instead of payment, I ask you to bring new, unopened toiletries- toothpaste, shampoo, face wipes, body wipes, anything helps.

Feel deeply. Take action. Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves and through it all, don’t forget to take care of yourself too.

Hello everyone! I wanted to reintroduce myself for those of you who are newer to my page. My name is Cora, and I’m your San Diego-based sound practitioner. I have my sound certification from @pathoftheoracle , and I’m currently working towards other certifications from @atmabuti . I have been working with sound for almost 3 years, and I love how individualized each sound session can be. For those of you who don’t know, I am a single mother to three AMAZING kids. (They would be so upset that I called them babies, but as my mother always says, “you’ll always be my baby.”) Some of the most difficult moments of my life (divorce, trauma) brought me to my sound journey, and I will never forget how safe I felt in my first reiki session. That feeling and memory are what I carry into every sound session, and my intention is to create the safest place for anyone who walks through the door. Hello everyone! I wanted to reintroduce myself for those of you who are newer to my page. My name is Cora, and I’m your San Diego-based sound practitioner. I have my sound certification from @pathoftheoracle , and I’m currently working towards other certifications from @atmabuti . I have been working with sound for almost 3 years, and I love how individualized each sound session can be.
