I had the most amazing mini + me session with @djnormrocwell and his little. There’s nothing I love more than having friends experience sound with me—and it’s even better when it turns into a family affair. I absolutely LOVE working with kids.

After a solid 30 min sound bath, G and I had a private lesson where she got to ask questions, explore, and play with all my instruments. We wrapped it up with a fun little jam session. Here’s to many more moments of teaching our little ones the power of stillness!

As we approach the third month of 2024, I’ve already achieved two of my goals. The recent weekend proved to be personally transformative.
